Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use Vyuh. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at dev@fix-bridge.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Description of Services

Vyuh allows you to:

• Capture, store, and organise invoices and purchase records.
• Track warranties, AMCs, and insurance policies with expiry reminders.
• Request service and repair from verified technicians.
• Maintain a digital ownership and service history for each registered product.
• Share access with family members and, where applicable, list products for resale.

Vyuh is a record-keeping and facilitation platform. We do not manufacture products, and we do not directly perform repair services. Where we connect you with third-party technicians, those services are rendered by the technician, and Vyuh is not a party to that service contract.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features are available under paid plans as described on our Pricing page. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. Applicable taxes, including GST, are added at checkout in accordance with Indian law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload fraudulent, forged, or altered invoices or documents.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent product ownership.

6. Mobile Application Terms

Where you download Vyuh through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use of the app is also subject to the respective platform's terms of service, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Google Play Terms of Service. Vyuh is committed to complying with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies, including those relating to data privacy, in-app purchases, and permissions.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the Platform, excluding documents you upload, are the property of Fixbridge Global Private Limited or its licensors. You retain ownership of the invoices, images, and records you upload, and you grant Vyuh a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vyuh provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep your records accurate and secure, we do not guarantee that warranty claims, insurance claims, or resale outcomes will be approved by third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyuh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email, and continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
