Delete Your Vyuh Account

Vyuh is developed and operated by Fixbridge Global Private Limited, the developer name shown on our Google Play and App Store listings. This page explains how to permanently delete your account and what happens to your data when you do.

How to request deletion

Choose whichever option is easiest. Both routes reach the same outcome, and neither requires you to speak with a technician or a retailer.

Option A: Inside the Vyuh app

    Open the Vyuh app and sign in to your account.

    Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

  3. 3

    Confirm your identity with your registered mobile number or email OTP.

  4. 4

    Tap Confirm Deletion. Your request is submitted immediately and processed as described below.

Option B: By email, without the app

  1. 1

    If you no longer have the app installed, or would rather not sign in, email dev@fix-bridge.com from the address linked to your account.

    Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered mobile number.

  3. 3

    Our team verifies your identity and confirms the request back to you by email, usually within 2 business days.

  4. 4

    Once verified, deletion is completed as described below, and you receive a final confirmation email.

What happens to your data

All account deletion requests are fully processed within 30 days. Here is exactly what is removed, and what we are required to keep a little longer.

Deleted permanently

  • Your name, phone number, email address, and city
  • Login credentials and account access
  • Uploaded invoices, receipts, and product images
  • Product, warranty, and service history records
  • Family sharing links and saved preferences
  • Device tokens used for push notifications

Retained for a limited period

  • Billing and tax invoices

    Kept for 8 years, as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961 and applicable GST regulations.

  • Fraud and abuse prevention logs

    Device and access logs tied to any flagged activity are kept for 90 days, then deleted.

  • Anonymised usage analytics

    Retained indefinitely, but only after all identifying details are stripped, so it can no longer be traced back to you.

  • Records under legal hold

    If your data is part of an active legal dispute, complaint, or regulatory inquiry, it is retained only until that matter is resolved.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it separately through the App Store, Google Play, or your in-app billing settings, since deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by those platforms.
