Refund and Return Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026

Vyuh is a digital subscription service. Because our plans grant immediate access to premium features, this policy explains exactly when a refund applies and how to request one. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Free Plan

The Starter plan is free and carries no payment, so no refund applies. You may switch to a paid plan at any time.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund of a paid subscription if you request cancellation within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal charge, provided you have not made extensive use of premium features such as service bookings or bulk product registration during that window. Refunds are also issued in full where:

  • You were charged in error or charged twice for the same billing cycle.
  • A technical fault on our end prevented you from accessing paid features you were charged for.
  • Your subscription was cancelled before renewal but a renewal charge was still processed.

3. What Is Not Refundable

Refunds do not apply in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window from the charge date.
  • Partial months of usage after a plan has been actively used beyond the eligibility window.
  • Dissatisfaction with a third-party technician's service, since this is governed separately by the technician's own service terms.
  • Changes of mind after a Business plan has been customised and activated for your organisation.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email dev@fix-bridge.com with your registered account email and the transaction ID from your Razorpay payment confirmation. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to your original payment method. UPI and card refunds typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days, while net banking refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings or from the App Store or Google Play subscription management screen, depending on where your subscription originated. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless you qualify under Section 2.

7. App Store and Google Play Purchases

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests for that purchase must be submitted directly to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies, since payment in those cases is processed by them rather than by Vyuh directly.
